Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

While I do my best to send out packages the same day they’re ordered, as a business of one, that’s not always possible.

Please allow 1-2 days for me to pack your order and drop it off with USPS (or the  shipping company you’ve chosen). An email will be sent once your order is packed to let you know it’s on the way. Tracking information for your order will be included.


DELIVERY TIMES:

Once your order is dropped off with the carrier, the shipping time begins and will vary based on the information listed below. Please note that Studio Zoraya cannot be held responsible for any extended shipping delays. Please reach out to me via email at hello@studiozoraya.com if you have any issues.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

I’ll ship all orders with delivery addresses in the US for free via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days).

If you’d rather choose a different shipping company, charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

UPS -

Ground: 1-5 business days

2nd Day Air: 2 business days

3 Day Select: 3 business days


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
:

We offer international shipping to over 200 countries. However, carriers sometimes restrict shipping to different countries for a variety of reasons. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Regular and Expedited shipping is available via the following:

USPS -

Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days

UPS -

Worldwide Saver: 1-3 business days

Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days

 


IMPORT FEES:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Zoraya is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
